Carmine – Voices from a neighborhood
The Carmine is a neighbourhood in Brescia that in the last decades underwent sudden changes. Immigrant residents increasing number and an imposing urban requalification project have deeply transformed its physical appearances, its inhabitants’ profile, public spaces, business places and neighbourhood relationships.
